Hyde Midtown, a sister property of the SLS Hotel in South Beach, SLS Lux and SLS Brickell, is set to begin construction in 2015. The 31 story, 372 foot tall Arquitectonica designed tower is being developed by Jorge Perez and Related Group. It will feature 397 units, 60 will be exclusively hotel, with the rest of the units either condo or condo hotel units. Also included 21,745 SQ FT of retail space and 526 space parking garage.
